Programs of the ECLD are brought to fruition by our inspirational Native leaders:
Elizabeth FastHorse, Director
Elizabeth has worked for the AIEC program since 2014. She is an enrolled tribal member of the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians. I am, Cante Waste Win, (Good Hearted Woman) Hunka to the Thunder Hawk family of Pine Ridge, S.D Elizabeth is a double alumna from UCLA holding a BA, and MA in American Indian Studies, and will be returning to UCLA in Fall, 2017 to pursue a Ph.D. in Education. Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians.
Jenee Hyde-Bozer, Program Coordinator
Jenee is an enrolled citizen of the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians. She has been working for the AIEC program since 2016 and has volunteered for her tribe since the age of 14 years old. Jenee is currently enrolled at California State University Northridge, where she is working towards her B.A. in Early Childhood Development. Her career goal is to become a Preschool/ Elementary School Teacher.
Itati Ortega, Program Assistant
Itati is a citizen of the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians. She has worked for the AIEC program since 2015 and is currently attending Los Angeles Mission City College, majoring in Business Management and Administration.
